It is important that both the employee and the bicycle dealer adhere to these guidelines. We also ask you to confirm this by ticking a box at the bottom of the page.
Yes, that's possible and it is also included in the lease price. Anything that can be attached to a bicycle, will be leased with the bicycle. A helmet and lock can of course be leased. Clothing and GPS computers are not allowed.
Yes, we recommend you to do this. If a bicycle needs to be ordered, it is handy to save name, address and telephone details of the customer. This way you are able to inform the customer when the bicycle has arrived.
Yes, we sell all brands and all types of bicycles: from e-bike to racing bike and from mountain bike to speed pedelec. Even an electric bicycle is available.
It is important that the customer first checks whether his/her company is already connected to Lease a Bike. If this is not the case, it is best that he/she mentions to the HR manager that he/she would like a lease bike. The HR manager can then contact us. Alternatively, the client can contact us directly, and we will then contact the company.

As a dealer you can bring in customers if you are part of our network. Contact us if you have companies in your local network who want to start leasing!
This will be calculated on the total amount of the bicycle - including accessories.
Yes! After you are registered via our registration form on the website, we will create an account for you. Once this has been created, you will receive an email to confirm your account and sign the contract with Lease a Bike digitally.
For service and maintenance, you can go to the Lease a Bike service portal. You will find a link to the service portal in the Lease a Bike portal. Here you can claim your maintenance and repairs.
In case of damage, an employee will come to your shop. You can then fill in the online damage and/or theft form available on our platform.
The customer reports it to the police and you can report it via the online damage and/or theft form on our platform. Lease a Bike is the contact person and forwards the form to our insurance company, which pays out the money.
Service and maintenance can be claimed from the maintenance platform. Warranty claims can be submitted to the brand itself. This is done through the normal channels known to your dealer. Damage and theft must be reported on the Lease a Bike damage and/or theft form.

Is your cash register registration system not linked yet? Please contact the helpdesks of Cyclesoftware, Wilmar, Vendit or Adsoft respectively. For this your username and password are needed (see mails from Ubench).
You don't necessarily have to have one; you can also work directly in the Lease a Bike maintenance platform. A working internet connection is a prerequisite.

In this case, you are reimbursed partly Lease a Bike. The excess of the annual budget of the employee must be invoiced directly to the employee.
After you have logged in, you will see 6 tiles. Click on the first tile: "New request". Fill in the frame number or the contract number of the customer. If your request is interrupted, there is a number in the lower right corner for each tile where you can pick up the request again. You can then go through the rest of the tiles.
The selected service and maintenance package is linked to the frame number. The frame number can be found in the LEASE A BIKE platform. The options are: Basic (up to €100 / year), Standard (up to €150 / year), Speed-pedelec (up to €300 / year) and the Premium package (no limit).
Your request will be available under the "Request approved" tile. Finish the process here by entering the correct dates and then create the invoice with your own reference (invoice number). Send it and save the PDF created in the platform for your internal records. After this, the invoice will automatically be sent to us and paid to you.

Step 3 - New contract
a) In the platform you see at your left "contracts". There you see an overview of all running contracts and you can start a new contract by clicking "new contract". Here you fill the order code of the customer.
b) Agree to follow the company guidelines of the customer.
Step 4 - Finalize contract
a) Fill out the chosen bicycle and the service & maintenance package
b) The customer receives a contract between him/her and his/her employee and after agreeing will receive a pincode. You fill out the pincode, the serial number of the bike and check her/his ID.

You can start a new contract when the customer (employee of a company) has received an order code of the employer. The employee receives that code after the employer has signed a contract with Lease a Bike.
It may be that the item or the brand is not in the selection, in which case another manufacturer can be selected. It is very important that the exact description of the model and article number are noted. These ensure that the bicycle is insured at new value in the event of theft. The amounts can be entered without separators for thousands.
